 » Energy toss

Players work in pairs. The first player throws an energy pulse from a part of the body. The second player receives the energy with the same part of the body. The energy then travels to another part of the body and is thrown from there. The first player catches the energy in the corresponding body part. This energy exchange process continues.

Variations

Dual energy toss – Both players throw energy at the same time. (E.g. one throws from the hip and the other throws from the head.) Then, both receive the energy that was thrown, move it to another body part, and throw at the same time again.

Notes

  • Throw energy from less obvious parts of the body.
  • Receive the energy by moving backward, not forward.
