Child’s play


Do something that you loved to do when you were a child. (E.g., riding a bike, coloring with crayons, playing with dolls.) Do it in the way you did it when you were a child.

Notes

  • Physically engage as you did when you were a child. If you’re coloring with a crayon, you might hold it in your fist and stick out your tongue in concentration.
