Build the habit of doing the things that scare you. There’s no need to figure out why they’re scary; that’s just a way to avoid doing them. Condition yourself to take action the moment you feel the fear.
Two major caveats: Don’t do frightening things that can harm you, and don’t violate your own moral boundaries to overcome your fear.
If it’s difficult to get yourself to do the scary thing, write down your commitment to doing it and give it to an accountability buddy.
Fearlessness isn’t the absence of fear, it’s taking action in spite of it.
