 » Ralphing

Vomit out language without controlling the words that show up. The moment that something starts to make sense, alter the course.

Here’s an example:

I was pending the least competitive chocolate underneath a solid compatriot. The least perspective comprised a solid coach of spackle. Too many! Creation has spent itself to gain the upper finder’s fee, catalyzing a spiritual vernal equinox. Combustible feces is the last resort.

Variations

Moving ralph – Make abstract physical moves while speaking.

Singing ralph – Sing the words.

Notes

  • Don’t pause; keep continuously speaking.
  • Speak words with good grammar, not random gibberish.
  • Don’t judge the words that come out of your mouth. When control is released, socially inappropriate language may show up.
  • What you say is not a reflection of who you are. It reflects your ability to release control.
  • Surprise yourself by what you say.
  • If it’s hard to release control over the language, focus on the physical sensation of moving your mouth.
  • Increase the challenge by standing in front of a group or looking into a partner’s eyes.
