Questions can be helpful or problematic, depending on how you use them. Before we explore how questions can be useful, let’s consider the issues they sometimes create.

Exercises

The attack series is five different “attacks” that help players develop commitment and move outside of their comfort zones. The exercise only lasts five minutes, but requires full mental and physical commitment.

Topics

If it feels like you can’t do something, don’t give up. Instead, double down. Commit to what you’re doing as though your capacities are far greater than even you have imagined. Greater commitment produces greater achievement.

Exercises

Two players play characters who are having an argument about something important. When a person outside the scene calls “switch,” they instantly take on the other character’s point of view in the argument.
